Желательней всего применять организованное внутреннее водоотведение, когда вода собирается с кровель и террас в воронки, а затем по системе водосточных труб, расположенных внутри дома, уходит в ливневую канализацию.

Возможно два варианта наружного водоотведения. В первом вода также собирается воронками, но только в данном случае водосточные трубы располагаются снаружи здания и спускаются к земле вдоль фасадов. Во втором варианте вода сливается через парапетную воронку, представляющую горизонтальную трубу, вмонтированную в парапет.

И возможен вариант неорганизованного наружного слива с козырьков и неэксплуатируемых навесов.

Эксплуатация домов с плоскими крышами в зимний период
